South Metro Animal Emergency Care (SMAEC) provides after-hours emergency care on weeknights, weekends, and all major holidays. At least one veterinarian and several veterinary technicians are on site during all open hours providing complete diagnostic and therapeutic services.
Before you leave you should give South Metro Animal Emergency Care a call at (952) 953-3737 and alert them that you are inbound. Even larger clinics and hospitals prefer when you give them a heads up so they can prepare to receive you. Depending on your pet's emergency, they may have to call in off-duty vets for additional support.
