Emergency service is available during normal office hours. After hours you will be referred to the Bradenton Veterinary Emergency. It is fully staffed and is open for emergency care.
Before you leave you should give Safe Harbor Animal Clinic a call at (941) 242-0033 and alert them that you are inbound. Even larger clinics and hospitals prefer when you give them a heads up so they can prepare to receive you. Depending on your pet's emergency, they may have to call in off-duty vets for additional support.
