The Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital was established in 1971 by Dr. Denny Stachmus, a Chicago native and proud 1969 graduate of the University of Illinois School of Veterinary Medicine in Urbana-Champaign.
Before you leave you should give Pleasant Valley Animal Shelter a call at (814) 946-0010 and alert them that you are inbound. Even larger clinics and hospitals prefer when you give them a heads up so they can prepare to receive you. Depending on your pet's emergency, they may have to call in off-duty vets for additional support.
