Emergency service is available during normal office hours. After hours you will be referred to the Veterinary Emergency Center. It is fully staffed and is open for emergency care.
Before you leave you should give Palma Sola Animal Clinic a call at (941) 794-3275 and alert them that you are inbound. Even larger clinics and hospitals prefer when you give them a heads up so they can prepare to receive you. Depending on your pet's emergency, they may have to call in off-duty vets for additional support.
