Our animal care team is composed of talented doctors and vet techs, which differ from vet assistants in that they undergo more extensive training to be qualified to perform more technical responsibilities, from surgery assistance and x-rays to maintaining pet treatments.
Before you leave you should give Grand Valley Animal Hospital a call at (701) 757-3500 and alert them that you are inbound. Even larger clinics and hospitals prefer when you give them a heads up so they can prepare to receive you. Depending on your pet's emergency, they may have to call in off-duty vets for additional support.
