In addition to general medical care and diagnostic services, we offer a full range of surgical services, both soft tissue and orthopedic. We are equipped with our own electrosurgical unit, which often replaces the scalpel in some surgeries, resulting in less bleeding, pain and healing time.
Before you leave you should give Barfield Animal Hospital a call at (615) 217-8484 and alert them that you are inbound. Even larger clinics and hospitals prefer when you give them a heads up so they can prepare to receive you. Depending on your pet's emergency, they may have to call in off-duty vets for additional support.
