Animal Medical Care of CT was founded by Dr. Kristine Matz in order to provide the most compassionate and affordable care she felt animals deserved. Dr. Matz has dedicated her life to caring for all animals, starting at a young age at the Bronx Zoo, then continuing on to the University of Tennessee Veterinarian School. She graduate in 1992 and started her 10 years of emergency medicine in CT.
Before you leave you should give Animal Medicare Care of CT a call at (203) 439-2597 and alert them that you are inbound. Even larger clinics and hospitals prefer when you give them a heads up so they can prepare to receive you. Depending on your pet's emergency, they may have to call in off-duty vets for additional support.
